Soundwave Festival have released the first wave of artists confirmed to play this August.

The soulful sounds of Alice Russell (pictured) and Fatima will be gracing the shores of the Adriatic this summer along with drum and bass legends DJ Marky and LTJ Bukem. Rinse FM’s Alexander Nut, Mala (Digital Mystikz), Taylor Mcferrin and Channel One Soundsystem are also confirmed.

New this year is the concept of turning the Soundwave site into a blank canvas for street artists, mural artists and illustrators to transform. These creative collectives will be encouraged to turn walls and buildings into evolving displays of living art.

The festival has now moved to take place over August 6- 10.
