Calvin Harris will release Motion
Calvin Harris has announced the title and release date for his next album.
The DJ will release Motion – his fourth studio collection – on November 3 in the UK and November 4 in the US.
Motion will feature his chart-topping hits ‘Summer’ and ‘Blame’, which features John Newman. But it was a long time ago – in 2012. We wait something new from Calvin Harris.
As far we know, Motion serves as the follow-up to Harris’s 2012 release 18 Months, which was certified double platinum in the UK and spawned millions of single sales.
The announcement follows news that he broke two Spotify records, the first by becoming the first British solo artist to reach one billion streams and break Michael Jackson’s chart record in the UK and the second being the fastest ascent to number one on the service’s global chart.
With an estimated worth of £40 million, according to the Forbes DJ Rich List, it’s no surprise that he’s also just splashed out on a $15 million mansion in Beverly Hills. Alright for some.
